Personal Assistants Wanted for Man with High Care Needs in Svenljunga

Alma Assistans is the engaged company that, in collaboration with the client, creates personal assistance. We work closely with the client and know that good relationships are the key to well-functioning assistance. We operate throughout Sweden with our headquarters in Uppsala and local offices in Gävle, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Helsingborg, Jönköping, and Växjö.

Our client is seeking personal assistants with the possibility of a fixed schedule.

About the Client and the Role

The client is a man with a high need for care-related support. On weekdays, he attends a daily activity center (Daglig Verksamhet/DV). The client lives just outside Svenljunga with a relative and dogs.

The home is well-adapted with various assistive devices for all tasks required in the job. Good assistive devices are also available at the DV.

We are looking for you who:

Have previous experience in healthcare.
Work according to the client's needs and daily condition.
Are easy to talk to, even if you do not receive a verbal response.
Have a driver's license and a car, as public transport does not always fit the working hours.
Are a flexible person.
